Jay Latif
Fees Clerk
Jay joined 4 Kings Bench Walk in 2009. His financial background originates from working at the Law Society for the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors and then progressing to the finance department for the City of London Magistrates Court.
His Chambers career as fees clerk started at 9 Gough Square in 1998, but sadly he was made redundant several years later. He then progressed to the position of The Fees Clerk at 2 Grays Inn Square Chambers.
Jay has undertaken various courses run by Iris Meridian Law relevant to fees clerking.
Jay is a fully fledged member of the petrol head society :) in that he is a dedicated follower of F1 Motor Racing and all other forms of motorsports.
In his limited spare time ,he enjoys reading, listening to music and I try to participate in fitness training which includes martial arts.
Jay says his greatest achievement in this lifetime is dedicating his commitment to caring for his elderly grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer's.
