Welcome to 4KBW

These Chambers were first established in 1972 by a group of seven barristers – mainly members of the then Midland & Oxford Circuit – and we have grown steadily until today we are nearly fifty strong with three silks. We provide expertise in most areas of the Common Law and, while we still maintain strong links with the now Midland Circuit and the Thames Valley Area, we currently appear in courts and tribunals in London and on a nationwide basis as well as undertaking both Appellate and Judicial Review work on a referral basis.
