Welcome to 4 King's Bench Walk

The Chambers of Timothy Raggatt QC is the bigger of two Chambers which operate from 4 King's Bench Walk. We were first established in 1972 by a group of seven barristers – mainly members of the then Midland & Oxford Circuit – and we have grown steadily until today we are over fifty strong with three silks. We provide expertise in most areas of the Common Law and, while we still maintain strong links with the now Midland Circuit and the Thames Valley Area, we currently appear in courts and tribunals in London and on a nationwide basis as well as undertaking both Appellate and Judicial Review work on a referral basis.
