Before Immigration Judges, reconsideration hearings, applications to the Court of Appeal, country guidance case. Particular countries:- Libya, Sudan, Eritrea, Somalia, DRC, Tunisia, Lebanon, Palestine - Article 3:
Medical cases including HIV. - Immigration hearings:
entry clearance applications, visitor appeals, student applications, Settlement (spouse applications, children (including adoption, “sole responsibility”), other dependant relatives, family reunion), work visas (including SBS, WHM), variation of leave appeals, domestic violence, association agreements (Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania), long residence, deportation. - EU:
qualified persons, dependant family members, spouses. - Advisory (JR):
Policy cases (including Rashid principals, delay, family amnesty, Country policy cases, period of leave for refugees), domestic violence (issues including validity of application, causation, prescription of evidence in the Immigration Rules), asylum support. - Regulatory and Disciplinary:
Substantial experience before the ACCA, and Hearings before committees/tribunals, advisory work.
