Areas of Practice

I am a general civil practitioner. My practice covers commercial, company, insolvency, contract, personal injury and landlord and tenant work. I have a particular interest in company law and am currently studying for an LLM in Commercial Law at the University of London, whilst still in practice.

Experience

I receive instructions to act for Claimants and Defendants. I am briefed by solicitors for insurers, companies and local authorities, as well as individual litigants. I have appeared in the High Court (Queen’s Bench Division and Chancery Division), as well as multi-track and fast-track county court cases.
