Areas of practice
Andrew’s specialises in civil litigation including personal injury, contract, commercial and construction claims, negligence actions and insurance cases. He is heavily involved in tribunal work, representing clients in Employment Tribunals and disciplinary cases.
He acts for both claimants and defendants in personal injury cases, including road and workplace accidents and industrial disease claims. He has lectured and given seminars on civil procedure and personal injury law. He has a special interest in contractual disputes between companies and is one of a growing number of barristers who is qualified to act and advise under the Bar’s public access scheme.
