We are running for a charity called Launchpad Reading, which provides supported housing to disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Reading. We appreciate that you may get many requests to dig deep but we’d be delighted if you’d support us and our chosen charity.

Farah's practice essentially comprises of two separate elements which she has successfully maintained for many years.

Farah has substantial experience acress a wide range of chancery and commerical matters, including; mortgages (for lenders and borrowers), aribitration, wills & trust, insolvency and bankruptcy (including international insolvency), landlord and tenant, land law; Lands Tribunal, company and partnership disputes, guarantees, banking and consumer protection and all aresa of contract and probate (both English and Kenyan law).
Family Law
Farah has been practising in familylaw since being called to the Bar almost 20 years ago. she has particular experience and expertise in ancillary relief and is instructed in high value cases often with an international element. Her practice also includes cases under the Inheritance Act 1975, which dovetails with her wills and trust work and matters under the Trusts of Land ad Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Farah is experienced in Children Act matters injunctions and committals including non-molestation orders where capacity is in issue.
Farah's ability to speak various languages and her eperience on an international platform provides her clients and instructing solicitors with a distinct advantage, particularly in corss-border cases and those with foreign element.
