Greg Williams
Greg has a broad ranging civil practice. His primary areas of speciality are personal injury; employment; general civil and commercial; family; property and housing; and costs and enforcement.
Greg regularly appears in the High Court, the County Courts and Employment Tribunals. He has appeared at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He has also appeared before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry.
Greg has conducted numerous multi-track and fast-track trials in a wide range of spheres, including various types of personal injury claims, landlord and tenant disrepair claims, nuisance claims (noise and smell), consumer credit and contractual matters.
Greg has had considerable exposure to civil litigation and paperwork of all varieties. He has a busy paper practice and he advises and drafts pleadings in most areas of the common law.
Greg endeavours to give practical, commercial advice. He has a particular interest in costs and enforcement issues. He recognises that clients are frequently concerned with costs and judgment debts. Greg has lectured on costs and enforcement issues.
