Areas of Practice

I receive instructions predominantly in crime and personal injury but I also undertake work in the fields of rent and mortgage possession, contract and insolvency.

Prosecution Experience

I prosecute in both the Magistrates' Court and Crown Court and have experience in prosecuting a range of different offences including; robbery, theft and like offences, common assault, s.47, s.20 and s.18, sexual assault, harassment, public order offences, driving offences and drug offences. I also prosecute on behalf of the National Probation Service dealing with allegations of breaches of community orders.

Defence Experience

I regularly defend clients facing allegations of theft and other dishonesty offences, motoring offences, violence and public order offences (including racially and religiously aggravated offences of these types) and drugs offences.

Civil Law Experience

I receive instructions for small claims track and fast track trials involving road traffic accidents (with and without an element of personal injury) and contractual disputes. I also carry out a range or work in other areas of general civil common law.
