Practise Profile.

My practice is exclusively crime. I prosecute and defend in all areas of crime with an emphasis on serious sexual offences, drugs, and serious violence, including murder. I have defended a number of "Operation Trident " shooting and drug related offences in London "

    • SE Circuit CPS Areas,
      formerly grade 3 prosecutor largely prosecuting at Luton, St Albans and the Old Bailey.
    • Sussex CPS,
      prosecuting as leading junior in multi-handed drug conspiracy cases, car-ringing. as junior alone in Rape and other sexual offences.
    • Thames Valley CPS.
      Prosecuting as led Junior with Timothy Raggatt Q.C, R v Halling, Murder of 4 year old boy at Luton Crown Court in 2006. Regulary instructed as Junior alone to prosecute attempted murder and serious sexual offences.

      Leading Junior in case involving serious sexual abuse of  6 members of the defendant’s family over a 35 year period.

      Junior alone in historic Rape of 18 year old girl at gun-point. Cold case d.n.a.
    • R -v - Paul Collings, Maidstone CC 2006
      Junior alone in trial of cold case d.n.a involving Rape of female students at the Universities of Kent and Sussex.
