Practice Profile
My practice involves all areas of criminal defence work and some prosecution work and ranges from possession of a bladed article to sexual assaults, rape, child sex cases, drugs, burglary, robbery, cruelty to a child, kidnapping and serious assaults. Moreover I have gained valuable experience in cases involving mental health issues.
Furthermore, I was instructed in a trade mark case involving complex areas of the law including issues such as trade mark origin and infringement of a trade mark under the civil and criminal provisions.
