Reginald has a varied international practice specialising in commercial arbitration disputes, immigration and asylum law.
Immigration
Reginald provides advice and representation across the full range of immigration and asylum-related matters, including deportation cases. He regularly appears in the appellate courts, particularly in the Court of Appeal and Administrative Court.
International arbitration
Reginald is highly regarded as a specialist leading Junior in his field. Among his notable cases is W F Clarke v Government of Ghana, where he secured a multi-million pound award for his client which involved complex issues and arguments.
Since 2009, Reginald has been a fellow arbitrator at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Reginald has been instructed to appear in arbitrations in Ghana and has strong links with Nigeria, South Africa and Kenya.
In addition, he has been instructed on behalf of leading UK department stores on Employment disputes as well as appearing at the Legal Aid funding review board.
