We are running for a charity called Launchpad Reading, which provides supported housing to disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Reading. We appreciate that you may get many requests to dig deep but we’d be delighted if you’d support us and our chosen charity.

Thomas Bailey
Areas of Practice
Tom practices exclusively in civil law and specialises in two main areas, Civil, Commercial Law and Family Law. He regularly appears in the County Courts, the High Court and Employment Tribunals and also has experience of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
Civil and Commercial
Tom conducts fast-track and multi-track trials across the spectrum of civil and commercial work, (as well as all types of interlocutory hearings). He has particular experience in Breach of Contact, Landlord and Tenant, Mortgages, Consumer Credit and Costs. Tom is instructed to draft all types of pleadings and to advise on an informal and formal basis and has a busy paperwork practice.
Tom regularly acts in individual and corporate insolvency matters, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. Similarly he also represents individuals, companies and local authorities in the full range of employment law related cases.
Family
Tom accepts instructions across the range of family law matters. He has a busy practice in financial matters including ancillary relief, Schedule 1 applications, cohabitation disputes and TOLATA 1996 applications. Tom is often instructed in cases involving complex company assets, overseas assets and trusts.
