4KBW’s Head of Civil Litigation, Andrew Granville Stafford, has been invited by the Bar Council to blog on the important new case of Baxter v Doble, which gives controversial guidance on the test for the conduct of litigation. It has also been circulated via the Bar Council’s newsletter to 18,000 practising barristers. Andrew is a long standing member of the Bar Council’s Ethics Committee and was for five years an elected member of the Bar Council.
