Andrew Granville Stafford blogs for the Bar Council

4KBW’s Head of Civil Litigation, Andrew Granville Stafford, has been invited by the Bar Council to blog on the important new case of Baxter v Doble, which gives controversial guidance on the test for the conduct of litigation. Andrew is a long standing member of the Bar Council’s Ethics Committee and was for five years an elected member of the Bar Council.
