Ben Haseldine has received very positive feedback following a commercial mediation.

The mediator – Stephen Fielding – commented ‘Your leadership yesterday was outstanding, and without it I don’t think we would have reached the solution that we did.’

The mediation concerned a disputed loan and involved arguments relating to limitation, allegedly fraudulent documents, and complex arrangements as to how the settlement sum could be secured against commercial and domestic properties.

Ben was very grateful to Stephen who managed the mediation calmly and with a relentless focus on the matters in dispute.
