Daniella Adeluwoye makes successful submission of no case to answer

Daniella Adeluwoye represented a client suffering from paranoid schizophrenia who was facing two charges at trial for using or threatening violence to secure entry into premises and assault by beating. Following Daniella's cross-examination of the Crown's witness, she successfully argued that there was no case to answer at Willesden Magistrates' Court. The Court was persuaded by Daniella's legal argument and ended the case on both charges at half-time.
