Daniella Adeluwoye secured an acquittal in her first trial at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court, where her client was charged with possession of a knife in a public space.
The case presented significant difficulties including the client’s severe mental health conditions. Through Daniella’s client care skills and considered approach to her questioning, she successfully demonstrated to the Court that the client had a reasonable excuse for possession of a knife.
Daniella was instructed by Richard Brown at Baxter Brown McArthur Solicitors.
