Fact-finding success for Jyoti Wood instructed through Advocate

Jyoti Wood instructed through Advocate has secured findings against a Father of rape, sexual assault, multiple physical assaults, verbal abuse and coercive behaviour towards a Mother following a fact-finding hearing at Birmingham Family Court. There were 14 separate allegations alleged by the Mother which the court found proved and the case involved significant police disclosure, medical evidence and social services records.  Without the support of Advocate and pro-bono Counsel the Mother would have had to handle this deeply distressing and evidentially complex hearing alone.
