The court heard from 5 witnesses at the fact-finding hearing and considered extensive police disclosure, medical documents and hundreds of text messages between the parties spanning a period of 6 years. 

A truly disturbing pattern of coercive control and domestic abuse was evidenced and the court found every allegation made by Jyoti and Mohit's client proved.
