2026 has got off to a good start for Anne-Marie Critchley: acquittal secured, notwithstanding CCTV evidence, in a case of causing serious injury by dangerous driving instructed by Heather Howe of Andrew Storch Solicitors. A taxi driver was said to have run over his passenger, breaking his ribs.
This success was followed only days later by an acquittal on all five counts on an indictment alleging domestic violence including attempted GBH and strangulation, instructed by Natasha Kidd of Walker Law. The jury heard evidence from the complainant and family members.
These cases build on successes last year which include the acquittal of a mother accused of conspiring to provide her daughter’s sexual services to another relative – again instructed by Heather Howe of Andrew Storch.
