Success for Clara Parry in International Relocation case

Following a three-day final hearing, Clara Parry's client was granted permission by the court to relocate internationally with her young child. Both parents had various vulnerabilities, with the father's being so severe that the court permitted him to rely only on his witness statements without being cross-examined. Clara was limited to cross-examining the Cafcass and family support workers, dissecting the father's case through their evidence as well as her closing submissions in which she carefully analysed and criticised the weight to be given to the father's evidence.
