Success for Nicole Wallace in the first week of her 2nd six pupillage

Success for Nicole Wallace in the Magistrates’ Court during her first week of pupillage, where she secured positive outcomes for her clients in two cases.  

In the first, Nicole represented the Defendant at a first appearance charged with driving whilst unfit through drugs. Having identified inadequacies in the Crown's case, she persuaded the prosecutor to review the case and the charge against her client was withdrawn. 

In the second, Nicole successfully advanced Exceptional Hardship on behalf of a defendant facing disqualification from driving.
