Success for Tori Adams after 5 day fact-finding hearing

Tori Adams, instructed by Tracey Moloney LLP, successfully represented an Applicant in a 5 day fact-finding hearing in which allegations were made against her that her and her family posed a risk of honour-based violence to her daughter. After 3 years of maintaining these allegations, the Respondent withdrew them one day into the fact-finding hearing after he had been cross-examined. At the end of the five days, he was found to have fabricated the allegations and deliberately obstructed contact. The Applicant is now able to have unsupervised contact with her daughter who can finally meet her maternal family.
