Upper Tribunal success for Jenny Lanigan

Jenny Lanigan has secured a successful outcome in a deportation appeal in the Upper Tribunal before DUTJ Chapman. The appeal concerned complex issues in dispute, including a protection claim due to risks arising from a blood feud and the risk of re-trafficking as well as the Appellant's genuine and subsisting relationship with his young son. The appeal was allowed on the basis of Article 3 and Article 8 grounds.
