Jennifer Lanigan instructed by Martin Boniface of Premier Solicitors successfully represented her client (the applicant father) in fiercely contested enforcement proceedings which, after multiple hearings over many months, finally concluded last week.
The Judge had no hesitation in finding that the respondent mother had been in breach of the child arrangements orders without reasonable excuse on numerous occasions over the course of a 12-month period. As a result, the Judge made a Family Assistance Order, Contact Monitoring Order, financial compensation order, and unpaid work requirement (suspended for 12 months).
