Jyoti Wood successful in family court appeal

Jyoti Wood instructed by Amandeep Marway at GLS Solicitors, successfully represented a client appealing a Family Court Fact-Finding judgement. A recorder in the Family Court made numerous findings of abuse and findings of controlling behaviour against both the Father and the Paternal Grandmother which have now been overturned on appeal.
