Property and Housing
Members of 4KBW's Property and Housing Team offer a wide range of advisory and advocacy services.
Chambers’ Property Team benefits from an exceptionally strong membership, many of whom practise in multi-disciplinary areas meaning that they are able to apply expertise in other areas of law to complex cases which involve cross-area knowledge, such as the interaction between TLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act cases. Members act at all levels of court and all have a strong advisory and paper-based practice as well as unrivalled advocacy experience. Our dedicated Property Clerk, Hilary Foster, together with the Civil Managing Clerk, Jason Roukin, are able to ensure that the most appropriate barrister is matched to the case. They can also be contacted to arrange bespoke training by way of webinar or seminar on any area of law sought.
