Kim Preston successfully prosecuted youths for murder

Kim Preston led by Benjamin Aina KC successfully prosecuted a 15-year-old boy who has been detained for at least 14 years for stabbing a man to death outside an Asda store. The conviction followed an 8 week trial in the Birmingham Crown Court.
